RECONSTRUCTION AND EXTENSION - Project No 10. This house is in Balchik. Dear clients, I propose the following changes of this existing house:

1. To move the main entry from the street near to the garage. Thus the way with the bags to the kitchen would be the shortest. The sanitary shall be built at the back to the best view and nearest to the main entry. The WC do not open straight to the living room, but to the corridor first.

2. From the garage – direct door to go to the BBQ area. Possibilities to do some cooking in the BBQ area.

3. Open plan living story with clear walk lines. Double facing fireplace. Spacious living room.

4. Once the existing at the moment main entry is gone possibility for 3 shower rooms – each for every bedroom on the ground story opens. All you have to do is pay to your builder for one more bathroom. Actually one of the bathrooms is bigger, so bathtub could be installed in, as most families want. Noise insulation from the bathrooms to the bedrooms through thin double walls.

5. Instead of windows to the sought and the garden  - sliding doors, which will be secured with railings, as on the terrace. Thus the house will be more opened to the natural light and in the summer all the living room might be uses as covered terrace.

6. The same sliding doors – windows on the ground story. This way one could walk straight out.

7. Another 2 solariums on the ground floor, so through the bedrooms, including the one that do not have big windows, one might go to their own separate “terrace”.

8. Under the garage a whole room stays. It could be used as utility room – for washing machine and drying machine, for storage
