Investors in the village of Stoikite within the Pamporovo ski resort area will be happy to hear the news that a new ski lift will be constructed in Stoikite. The development, as part of the huge approx 500 million investment into the Perelik Ski and sports extension has already begun construction and could be open for the start of the forthcoming ski season.

As a result, quality apartments near to the new ski lift are in the region of 1100 e per sq m, these are expected to rise substantially over the near future once the ski lift which could connect to over 100km of ski runs becomes established. Some commentators expect prices to rise to over 2000 e per sq m.
