Balchik & Varna - In Bulgaria

The area is very pretty and its attractiveness sets it apart from other coastal towns in Bulgaria. The approach to Balchik as one drives north from Varna and the pretty resort of Albena is breathtaking and many clients decide at this point that this is the place they want to buy their holiday villa.

Balchik has seen some rapid improvements recently in its infrastructure and has benefited from both EU funding and private investment. However, the town still maintains its charm and has managed to avoid over development of the shoreline.
